ISMEA: crollo dei prezzi del latte ovino, valori sotto il livello dei costi di produzione
Secondo le rilevazioni dell’ISMEA il prezzo del latte ovino in Sardegna ha subito un ulteriore calo nelle prime settimane di febbraio, attestandosi sui 60 centesimi/litro (iva inclusa). Nel mese di gennaio il prezzo medio registrato è stato pari a 62 centesimi/lito iva inclusa, corrispondenti a 56 centesimi iva esclusa. Nello stesso mese i costi di produzione iva esclusa hanno raggiunto i 70 centesimi/litro, segnando un margine negativo per le aziende produttrici di 14 centesimi/litro.
