L’Italia al timone di “Fields”!
È l’Italia ad essersi aggiudicata il coordinamento di “Fields”, il più grande progetto formativo europeo per il settore dell’agroalimentare.
L’iniziativa è coordinata da Confagricoltura e Università di Torino e conta di 30 partner in 12 Paesi europei. All’Italia spetta l’organizzazione dell’agenda e della strategia formativa degli agricoltori europei in “campo” digitale, bioeconomico e sostenibilità.
Focus di progetto è il potenziamento e l’innovazione di una formazione degli imprenditori agricoli a livello europeo e della definizione di nuove competenze richieste all’imprenditoria agroalimentare europea per restare competitivi e affrontare le sfide future.
Il progetto prevede l’elaborazione di un database delle principali 90 agenzie educative, un profilo curriculare delle 10 nuove occupazioni prioritarie in Europa, 4 moduli formativi completi in 7 differenti lingue e la preparazione di 102 docenti formatori, oltre al coinvolgimento di 140 organizzazioni professionali. Tale piattaforma formativa sarà indirizzata a 20 mila utenti.
